DEVELOPMENT & TESTING
Kicks-off implementation of the designed solution. Conduct testing cycles to ensure expected results. Apply Agile Development Methodology with planned sprints to evaluate in every milestone.

DEPLOYMENT & DELIVERY
Conduct Piloting, training, end-user testing (UAT), and simulation to validate and verify the deployed solution. Upon successful Go-live audit by both parties, the solution will be deployed on Live.

OPERATIONS & SUPPORT
Deploy onsite support team to ensure any post-Go-live issues are resolved then and there. Based on the service level agreement (SLA), onsite, offsite, email and on call support provide as necessary.
